Intake Call
This initial 60-minute call will focus on you and your relationship, allowing me to understand its goals and desired outcomes.

Create a plan
As the adage states, failing to plan is planning to fail. In this phase, we will create a plan based on who you are, your needs, and the goals you set in the intake call.

take action
Thinking and plans will not achieve the goal, only action. These sessions are about accountability, working through obstacles, and refining the plan through our actions.

Experince Change
Finally we will round our sessions with a focus on what has changed, the wins, and the contituned work. Relationships are not linear, and these session will account for that.
